J.P. Edwards has always had a fascination and appreciation for nature and art. Whether it was flipping though the encyclopedia looking for his favorite animals or going fishing with his father, J.P. was intrigued by animals and their surroundings. J.P. had an equal interest in art at a young age, which was influenced by the artistic talents of his mother. J.P. recalls drawing notebooks full of lions, tigers and ducks. Now with a new devotion to fine art, J.P. finds comfort in expressing his vision of the outdoors.

Recently J.P.'s depiction of a Pintail 'Drake', commonly known as a sprig or spreet-tail, was selected to be on the Nevada duck stamp (sponsored by Nevada Department of Wildlife – NDOW)! This was J.P.'s first attempt competing in the Nevada Stamp competition. "What an honor to represent the state of Nevada and their wildlife tradition".
+ His Nevada limited edition prints are now available! J.P has been focusing his efforts on waterfowl but is currently working on other species of wildlife, such as large mammals and marine life. He will be posting new pieces on this website, so check back periodically to see the new artwork. Thanks for your interest in J.P.'s artwork!
